Check before buying

We recommend asking before placing an order, especially for natural wigs, toppers, hair systems and products that require colour, size, base or adaptation.

Personalised or adapted products

Products made, adapted, cut, personalised or prepared specifically for one person may have exchange or return limitations due to their nature and for hygiene reasons.

Stock items

When it is a standard unused product, without handling and in correct hygienic condition, each case will be assessed before authorising any return. No product should be sent back without prior confirmation.

How to request a review

Write to info@tupeluca.com or contact us on WhatsApp with the order number, reason and photographs if needed. We will tell you the specific steps for your case.

Shipping

Shipping, collection or reshipping costs will be explained before processing the request, depending on the reason and the condition of the product.
