Your consultation is confidential. You can write to us by WhatsApp, Telegram or email and we will guide you before choosing a wig, a hair topper or a hair system.
Before you write to us, see in one minute how we can help you resolve your situation effectively, with close guidance and clear support from the first contact. After more than 20 years helping people around the world, thousands of clients have trusted the way we work: we have learned how to bridge the distance and advise you wherever you are. In the video that follows, we explain how.
We want to listen and help without obligation. If you have questions about oncology wigs, hair toppers, hair systems, solidarity discounts or personalised guidance, this is the best starting point.
If you send us photos, they are used only to guide your case. We do not publish personal cases or private client images as advertising.
The more useful information we receive, the better we can guide you without wasting your time.
The way we guide you changes according to the reason for the consultation.
We help you preserve your image, choose model, size and colour, and resolve questions privately.
We assess whether a topper fits your area of alopecia, parting, density and way of styling your hair.
We can guide you whether it is your first system or you already wear one and want to improve the result.
